Kenneth M. Rothweiler is known as one of the top trial lawyers in Pennsylvania, having consistently achieved both seven and eight figure verdicts. Recent trials resulted in an $11.2 million verdict for a brain-injured woman and a $5 million settlement on behalf of a child with a seizure disorder. Rothweiler also achieved a $15 million verdict on behalf of a boy who needed a kidney transplant. Co-founder and senior partner, Rothweiler chairs the firm’s management committee. He is dedicated to complex personal injury litigation, especially in medical malpractice. He has tried more than 100 jury trials resulting in some of the largest verdicts in Pennsylvania.

Outside of the courtroom, Rothweiler lectures to fellow lawyers at legal seminars and trains young trial attorneys.
