Rebecca’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters including medical malpractice and products liability suits.  Rebecca plays a central role in the discovery and pre-trial phases of the Philadelphia and Boston based product liability suits, including litigation concerning the use of Fen-Phen Prescription Appetite Suppressants; Johnson & Johnson Duragesic® Fentanyl Pain Patches; Cardiovascular Guide-Wires, and other medical and/or scientific defective products.  Rebecca was admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and New Hampshire in 2007 and is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Education: Rebecca received her law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 2007 and she served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2006.  Rebecca was a member of the Boston University School of Law Public Interest Law Journal from 2005 to 2007 and an officer of the law school’s Environmental Law Society from 2005 to 2007.  Attorney Robertson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College in English Literature in 2003 with a minor in Environmental Science.  Rebecca completed a semester abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris, France while at Colorado College.  She is fluent in French.

Community Involvement:  Rebecca is active in her community.  She is a member of the Girls on the Run Boston Advisory and Fundraising Committee and an active volunteer with a Girls on the Run Boston team.  Girls on the Run Boston recently held their first Fun Run fundraiser which was a complete success.  She is a member of the Shamrock Runners and frequently volunteers at local road races that support a variety of charities, including Homes for our Troops.
